Tracy Clarke

Chair
Tracey is currently an independent non executive director on the boards of TP ICAP plc and the All England Netball Association. Until December 2020, she was CEO, Europe and Americas and CEO, Private Bank at Standard Chartered Bank. Tracy held a range of executive positions at Standard Chartered since joining in 1985 having worked in both the UK and Hong Kong within Retail, Commercial and Corporate Banking, Corporate Affairs, Human Resources and Compliance.

Until December 2020 she was also Chair of the Supervisory Board (Aufsichtsrat) of Standard Chartered AG, the Chairperson of Standard Chartered Yatirim Bankasi Turk AS and Director of Zodia Holdings Ltd. She has also served as an independent Director on the boards of TheCityUK, Inmarsat plc, Sky plc, and eaga plc. Tracy holds an MBA from Henley Management College and Brunel University.

Having enjoyed a career in the Financial Markets Sector spanning over 20 years, Eddy conceived and founded SchoolOnline. As a father of three school aged children, he is passionate about education and addressing the ever growing educational attainment gap faced by disadvantaged children. Eddy hopes to level the playing field so that quality educational material is available to all children across the UK.

Patricia Tehan

Director
Patricia has deep experience of working with boards, both public and private, particularly in relation to succession planning and change management. Having started her career as a journalist, she founded Lygon Group, the board search firm, in 2008. In addition to her board search work, Patricia is also a Trustee of the Duke of Edinburgh Award, and is passionate about education and improving the lives of young people.

Will Greenwood

Director
Will represented Leicester Tigers and Harlequins and won 55 caps for England over a professional career spanning 10 years. He was a key member of England's World Cup winning squad in 2003. Will went on 3 British & Irish Lions tours in 1997, 2001 and 2005.


Post playing career he has thrived in the media where he has written for The Telegraph and been lead analyst for Sky Sports Rugby since 2006. Throughout those years he has had long commercial relationships with brands like Land Rover, Aviva, and Canterbury to name three. Along the way Will co-founded Legend Holiday & Events, a company that creates world class sporting holiday experiences and delivers one-of-a-kind corporate events. He has recently taken up the position of Chief Customer Officer in the UK at Afiniti, an AI platform that identifies behavioural patterns to transform the quality of interpersonal interactions.

Over the past 15 years Will and his wife Caroline have focussed their charitable fundraising on Borne and Child Bereavement Uk, undertaking expeditions up Kilimanjaro, to the North Pole, and this year running across Costa Rica. Will was an economics graduate from Durham University.

Kevin Doble

As a teacher since 1995, Kevin 2010 to 2021 was Headmaster of an Independent Schools Trust in South West London. From 2021, Chief Executive of a Group of Independent Schools, educating pupils aged 3 to 16, based in London. Governor of an Independent Schools Trust educating pupils 3 to 18. Served four years as a Member of Council of the Independent Association of Preparatory Schools, for which he also chaired the Sports Committee.

Current Chair of the Independent Schools Association Cross Association Sports Committee. Advised the Prime Minister and the Secretary of State for Education on enhancing educational opportunities for especially Primary School children. Served on the Expert Committee which rewrote the National Curriculum Programmes of Study for Physical Education. Advised the Under Secretary for Public Health on the National Obesity Strategy, and the Minister of State for Children and Families on the Transition from Primary to Secondary Schooling. Contributor to publications including The Telegraph and The Spectator.

Chris Allington

Having spent 30 years in Banking, most recently at Standard Chartered Bank running the Financial Markets business, Chris is keen to demonstrate that the private sector can help solve social inequality. Recognised in the FT HERoes in 2017 for driving gender equality in the workplace, he has spent his time since leaving Finance investing in projects that look to drive real change in social mobility and SchoolOnline.co.uk does precisely that.
